Replacements & Refunds
Once you have received your order, you should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods are damaged or do not meet the quality standards set, we will require written confirmation of this within 7 working days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the received goods. Failure to contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods determines that you as the buyer have accepted the goods.
Once we have received an email regarding your order, we will begin investigating the issue that you have raised. Once the investigation has been conducted, a member of the team will be in touch to discuss a resolution. If in the instance that we arrange a replacement to be produced for you, this will be done free of charge and we will aim to have this dispatched to you within 2 working days.
Cancellation of order
To cancel your order please get in a touch with a member of the team via email or telephone and we can cancel the order on your behalf. Once your order has been cancelled, you can expect the full amount to be refunded back to the method used for payment. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders that have already been produced or dispatched.
As all products are customised, refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If in the instance we provide you with a refund, please note that all refunds will be processed back to the method used for payment. This can take up to 24 hours to appear.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns.
