Postage & Packaging
We are dedicated to providing an open and honest service which means that all of our delivery fees are made clear when you order, so you are able to take this cost into account. Our flat-rate shipping fee is £4.95+VAT, no matter the product ordered or the quantity.
We currently use DPD and Royal Mail to deliver our products. Once your order has been dispatched this is sent on a next working day service complete with tracking information, so you are able to track your order from moment of dispatch to when it arrives at your door! You can view your tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow an extra day for delivery if your order is being delivered outside the UK Mainland e.g Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight.
We welcome orders from around the world, however we do not currently offer International Shipping. If you would like to place an order and are based outside of the UK, please get in touch with your requirements.
Delivery Lead TimesWe aim to produce and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Our standard lead time is 4-7 working days from moment of approval. If in the rare instance we feel that we will be unable to meet the lead time for your order, a member of the team will be in touch to discuss this with you and advise when you can expect to receive your order. Unfortunately due to the processes involved, we are unable to offer a next day service.
Whilst we aim to deliver all orders within the stated lead time, please be aware that in some cases e.g. bad weather, traffic incidents or the address is difficult to locate, the courier may not be able to make a delivery in time. We are not responsible for any late deliveries incurred by couriers due to bad weather, strikes or by any other reasons.
Re-delivery and Lost Parcels
Please ensure that you enter your delivery address correctly at the checkout. If your order is dispatched to an incorrect address resulting in a failed delivery attempt, you will need to pay a re-delivery charge. If the courier has attempted to deliver your order whilst you were out, please get in touch with the courier directly using the 'attempted delivery' card to rearrange delivery. If your parcel has been lost or mis-sorted by the courier, we cannot resend the goods until the original parcel has been returned to us by the courier.
CollectionIf you would prefer to collect your order yourself once it has been completed, please ensure that you have selected the 'Local Collection' option for delivery at the checkout. When your order is ready, we will call or email to notify you that your order is ready for collection. We are open Monday-Friday between 8.30am - 5pm.
